  • A broker or intermediary between employers and candidates

  • A decision-maker in hiring processes

All hiring decisions are made solely by Users.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you:

5.2 Respectful & Professional Communication

You agree to:

  • Treat all candidates and users respectfully

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior

  • Maintain professional hiring standards

5.3 AI Usage Responsibility

MetaDay provides AI-powered capabilities, including interview agents and automation tools.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • You are fully responsible for all prompts, inputs, and instructions

  • You are responsible for all outputs generated and how they are used

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased

You must ensure that all use of AI is:

  • Lawful

  • Ethical

  • Non-discriminatory

5.4 Data Usage & Compliance

You agree that:

  • Personal data is used only for legitimate recruitment purposes

  • You will not export, resell, scrape, or reuse candidate data outside permitted use

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and data protection regulations

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Data deletion

  • Legal action where applicable

6. Talent Responsibilities

Talent users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Not misrepresent identity, experience, or credentials

  • Maintain updated profiles

MetaDay does not independently verify all user-submitted information and makes no guarantees regarding accuracy.

7. Verification Disclaimer

MetaDay may provide verification tools and workflows.

However:

  • Verification is facilitated, not guaranteed

  • MetaDay does not certify or guarantee authenticity

  • Responsibility for verification decisions lies with Users

8. Credits, Payments & Usage

8.1 Credits System

MetaDay operates on a usage-based model:

  • “Credits” represent units of consumption

  • Different actions consume different amounts of credits

  • Credits are prepaid and non-transferable

8.2 Expiration

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Credits do not roll over

  • Credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle

8.3 Payments

Payments are processed via third-party providers.

You agree to:

Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

All hiring decisions and outcomes are solely your responsibility.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain with MetaDay.

This includes:

  • Software and infrastructure

  • AI systems and models

  • Workflows, logic, and design

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute

  • Reverse engineer or attempt extraction

  • Use the platform to build competing products

11. Confidentiality

Users agree not to disclose:

  • AI behavior or outputs in a way that harms MetaDay
